Zeppelin Systems makes exhibitor debut at Battery Show 2023

Friedrichshafen, May 17, 2023. Europe's largest battery trade fair will open its doors in Stuttgart from May 23 to 25, and this year, for the first time, the Friedrichshafen-based plant engineering company Zeppelin Systems will be part of the event. True to the motto "it's all in the mix", the company will be presenting mixers, mixing processes, material handling and conveying systems for modern raw material handling and innovative battery mass production. We Create Solutions!

As a leading system provider in industrial plant engineering, Zeppelin Systems can look back on many years of experience in the construction of mixing plants. As an integrated solution provider and full-service provider, the Friedrichshafen-based plant engineering company is constantly developing new technologies for conveying, dosing, mixing, storing and weighing high-quality, sensitive raw materials and bulk solids. For the efficient, resource-saving and safe production of battery masses, the company will present special mixers and blending technology combined with individual plant engineering solutions at Battery Show 2023. In addition to process machines and plant engineering solutions, Zeppelin Systems also has the necessary technical test environment to test and optimize different machine settings, recipes and parameters together with battery customers. "Based on our many years of experience with sensitive bulk materials and raw materials, we know that the production of battery masses is demanding. As an experienced partner, we can score here with excellent solutions – both for solids and for liquid systems," says Dr. Markus Vöge, CEO of Zeppelin Systems GmbH.

A highlight at the trade show is the intensive mixer from Zeppelin Systems, which is projected by a 3D hologram projector floating freely in the air at the booth. The mixer is particularly well suited for the production of battery masses and impresses with its high speed band, which enables the highest shear rates. At the same time, the materials are homogenized in a way that is gentle on the product. The innovative design is robust and low-maintenance, and versatile wear protection is also guaranteed. "From storage to weighing, transport, precise dosing and mixing of battery materials. We supply suitable mixing and plant engineering solutions as a turnkey provider from a single source," adds Hubert Stojanovic, Vice President Performance Materials at Zeppelin Systems GmbH. We are looking forward to your visit in Stuttgart! We Create Solutions!
