The former can be designed with the right material specifications to meet your requirements, depending on factors such as raw materials and product throughput.

Jet filters with automatic pneumatic cleaning return separated material to the process and can thereby reduce material losses. The aspiration systems, in contrast, operate with negative pressure and, in a downstream function, support the separation of any remaining dust particles.

No tolerance for tolerances! Staying true to this principle, Zeppelin Systems has developed ultra-precise weighing and dosing systems – for everything from minor ingredients to pigments and binders. Depending on your specific requirements, you can rely on fully automated systems for small components or high-performance weighing solutions for dosing poorly flowing powdered raw materials.

By adding a dedicated weighing unit for individual materials, our systems achieve exceptionally low tolerances – both for additives and bulk components. When feeding powdered materials into the dissolver, Zeppelin’s frequency-controlled dosing screws truly shine. They enable rapid feeding while meeting the exact processing demands of the mixing phase.

A special highlight: our custom-designed twin-outlet dosing screw, which allows materials to be conveyed into two separate dissolvers via clockwise or counterclockwise rotation – ensuring maximum flexibility and efficiency in your production line.
