Automatic ingredient dosing for small quantities
The MinDos (Minor Ingredients Dosing System) small component weighing system automates the handling of bulk material ingredients in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. The system is suitable for storing, sequential dosing, and highly precise weighing of up to six or eight free-flowing to poor-flowing bulk materials. The main area of application is the food industry, with a growing trend toward industrial-scale ingredient systems integrated into fully automated large-scale plants
Compact, fully automated dosing station
The modular design enables recipe-controlled dosing of small-ingredients as a fully automated system with direct transfer to the downstream process. Sequential batch dosing from 2 to 8 containers—arranged in a circular or rectangular layout—into a centrally positioned hopper scale, followed by batch transfer to a pressure or vacuum conveying vessel and pneumatic transport into the subsequent production process. Negative weighing with direct transfer or dosing into a container or conveying line is also possible.

Reliable weighing and dosing of raw materials
The central hopper scale (25 kg) with lid and filter features pneumatic conveying with suction/pressure conveying vessel. The frame can be configured in either a rectangular or square layout. The round bulk material hopper (200 l, 350 l) can be equipped with level indicators (HL/LL) and can be filled either manually or pneumatically. Users also have flexibility when it comes to the discharge hoppers. Two types of dosing screws (DN50/80) are available, each with three drive sizes and different equipment options. Additionally, air injection nozzles can be integrated, and provisions can be made for the installation of pneumatic vibrators or impactors.
