Multi-Compartment Silos

The silos are divided into two or more compartments by welding in an additional cone. Discharge pipes guide the material from the upper chamber into the base flange, ensuring strict separation of different batches or qualities. Another variant of multi-compartment silos is the vertical division of the silo using one or more partition walls.

Storage Silos with Short or Long Base Flange

Short Base Flange:
This silo design, combined with a steel or concrete substructure, is particularly suitable for logistics facilities or production-integrated solutions. The bulk material is stored and can be discharged as needed into silo trucks, big bags, bagging stations, or octabins. It offers flexible discharge options and ensures fast loading.

Long Base Flange:
This silo design is suitable for installation on a concrete foundation and is primarily used in the processing industry. No additional substructure is required.

Emboxable Silos 

To reduce transport costs, we use insertable silos. This design is especially advantageous when multiple identical silos are required, as it allows for significant savings in transportation. The individual silo segments are simply nested into one another and then bolted or welded together on-site.
