Custom-made silos with innovative flange design
Zeppelin Systems, as a global leader in plant engineering, also demonstrates exceptional expertise in the cost-effective construction of silos over 500 m³. The Panel-Tec design, featuring innovative flange design and well-thought-out assembly technologies, impresses with short assembly times while maintaining verifiable Zeppelin quality. The concept: individual silo segments are prefabricated as much as possible at our production facility and fitted with flanges. These segments are transported to the construction site in containers, where they are assembled and bolted together. The silos are then automatically welded from the inside. This ensures that the silos are ready for use in the shortest time, regardless of weather conditions. Additionally, they are expandable – if more storage capacity is needed in the future, the silo can be easily and quickly expanded.

Convincing Design
- Flexible diameters available: 5000 – 10000 mm
- Storage capacities/volume: 500 – 2000 m³
- Various cone opening angles: 60°, 50°, 40°
- Design pressures: -20 mbar to +200 mbar
- The shell segments with a height of 2000 mm can be packed and transported in standard containers. On-site, they are bolted together longitudinally to ensure precise positioning.
- Low crane costs due to the fast stacking of bolted flanges
