Precise weighing and clean emptying
The KKW small component scale is the ideal solution for precisely dosing and weighing small component batches in bulk material processing. The individual components are sequentially dosed into the closed weighing container using dosing screws in coarse and fine flow. The discharge process is supported by the tapping motion of the lever lock on the flexible weighing hopper, ensuring complete and rapid emptying even of free-flowing bulk materials. Thanks to the integrated safety sensors and rapid weighing container emptying (≤ 1 minute), the KKW not only guarantees efficiency but also maximum safety during operation. Monitoring and control are carried out via the dosing control of the central plant control system.

The system offers high dosing and weighing accuracy and allows freely selectable tolerance control to adapt the process to individual requirements. The knock function of the lever lock also ensures excellent emptying, which minimises residues and increases process reliability.

Safety sensors monitor the inspection openings and prevent the system from operating while they are open.
Service-friendly
The system is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. All important components are easily accessible and can be cleaned or replaced without much effort. In addition, the well-thought-out design enables uncomplicated installation and quick commissioning, minimising downtime and increasing operating efficiency.
Flexible scale with variable connections
The scale frame supports the flexible weighing container, the container lid can be designed in various ways and accommodate several inlet connections. The connection box is secured by a lever lock. The system has two load cells and is prepared for operation with a central aspiration system. Flexible sleeves are available at the top for connecting the dosing elements or at the bottom for the receiving container.
