Zeppelin Systems' liquid scales are suitable for gravimetric dosing of liquids for applications in the plastics, rubber and tyre industries that do not involve complex or hazardous requirements. Our liquid scales can be optimally adapted to the respective area of application. For example, insulated and/or temperature-controlled weighing containers are available for highly viscous liquids. The liquids are fed sequentially into the closed weighing container of the liquid weighing system (FLW) via dosing valves. Dosing is carried out in coarse or fine flow, depending on the application. Gravimetric emptying is carried out by opening the outlet valve at the bottom of the weighing hopper to fill a mixer according to a specified recipe.
