Solutions for small component dosing
Precise weighing and clean emptying
The KKW small component scale is the ideal solution for precisely dosing and weighing small component batches in bulk material processing. The individual components are sequentially dosed into the closed weighing hopper using dosing screws in coarse and fine flow. The discharge process is supported by the tapping motion of the lever lock on the flexible weighing hopper, ensuring complete and rapid emptying even of free flowing bulk materials. Thanks to the integrated safety sensors and rapid scale emptying (≤ 1 minute), the KKW not only guarantees efficiency but also maximum safety during operation. Monitoring and control are carried out via the dosing control of the central plant control system.

In addition, the well-thought-out design enables uncomplicated installation and quick commissioning, minimizing downtime and increasing operating efficiency.
