Zeppelin Systems' stainless steel pickling service provides different pickling methods and media to refine your products.

• Degreasing: Pre-treatment of steel and stainless steel parts for further processing.
• Dip Pickling up to 3.7m in Length: Dip pickling in various methods, suitable for every application and material. The tank dimensions are 3.7x0.8x1.6 meters deep with a weight capacity of 1 ton.
• Spray Pickling: Spray pickling process for workpieces up to 25 meters in length and 4.25 meters in width.
• Passivation: After pickling, a passivation layer is applied to stainless steel parts.
