Pickling

Stainless Steel Pickling
We Make Stainless Steel Rust-Free
Pickling stainless steel ensures high corrosion resistance, as stainless steel can rust even after welding or processing if left untreated. To prevent this, we offer various pickling processes that guarantee a metallically pure surface. Zeppelin Systems' stainless steel pickling service provides different pickling methods and media to refine your products.
- Degreasing: Pre-treatment of steel and stainless steel parts for further processing.
- Dip Pickling up to 3.7m in Length: Dip pickling in various methods, suitable for every application and material. The tank dimensions are 3.7x0.8x1.6 meters deep with a weight capacity of 1 ton.
- Spray Pickling: Spray pickling process for workpieces up to 25 meters in length and 4.25 meters in width.
- Passivation: After pickling, a passivation layer is applied to stainless steel parts.
