Zeppelin Systems Sets the Focus on Advanced Plant Engineering Solutions at Tire Technology Expo 2026

26. March 2026 | Friedrichshafen

Zeppelin Systems will present its comprehensive plant engineering solutions for tire manufacturing, sustainable materials handling, and tire recycling at the Tire Technology Expo in Hanover, March 3–5, 2026, at Booth 7065 in Hall 21. As a global solution provider, Zeppelin Systems partners closely with its customers to develop tailored solutions that address specific requirements while delivering high standards of efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

Zeppelin Systems Sustainable Tire Alliance in Hannover

Recognized for its expertise in mixing room technology and integrated plant engineering, Zeppelin Systems will highlight selected solutions for the integration of both conventional and recycled materials into tire production processes. “Tire manufacturers today need more than isolated solutions. They require integrated systems that combine efficiency, sustainability, and flexibility across the entire plant. With our TriplePlus approach, we deliver holistic industrial solutions tailored to the real needs of our customers. As a long-term partner, we support our customers in staying competitive today while meeting tomorrow’s regulatory, material, and performance expectations,” says Sascha Stiller, Head of SBU Plant Engineering & CEO, Zeppelin Systems GmbH.

TriplePlus – a structured approach to measurable results

The Zeppelin Systems TriplePlus concept forms the foundation of its customer-focused engineering philosophy and addresses three central objectives:

Saving resources: Optimized material handling, accurate dosing, and the integration of recycled materials help reduce waste, energy consumption, and production costs.

Simplifying processes: Modular silo systems, advanced pneumatic conveying, and intelligent automation ensure reliable, streamlined workflows tailored to individual plant requirements.

Optimizing results: Consistent product quality, flexibility for processing new materials, and fully integrated plant technology enhance productivity and long-term operational performance.

“Customers face increasing cost and regulatory pressures. They need solutions that ensure reliability today while remaining adaptable for tomorrow. Zeppelin Systems reduces complexity and enhances overall performance in tire production. By combining intelligent automation, advanced materialhandling, and innovative dosing technologies, we develop integrated plant solutions that protect investments and meet the precise demands of next-generation tire production,” adds Hubert Stojanovic, CSO of Zeppelin Systems GmbH.

Sustainable integrated technology

As a full-service global partner, Zeppelin Systems supports all stages of tire production, from raw material intake and storage to conveying, dosing, and automation. Its plant concepts are designed to meet both current operational needs and future market requirements. Innovation plays a central role, particularly in advanced technologies for dosing and injecting liquid rubbers, specialty liquids, and chemicals. Through its global network of technical centers, Zeppelin Systems enables customers to test and validate new materials and processes under realistic conditions, reducing project risks and supporting reliable, forward-looking investment decisions.

In cooperation with Reoil Sp. z o.o., Zeppelin Systems also provides integrated tire recycling solutions. Recovered materials, including rubber, carbon black, oils, and other recycled materials, can be directly reintegrated into tire production. Technologies such as devulcanized rubber processing and purified recovered carbon black (rCB) demonstrate how circular economy principles can be implemented efficiently without compromising product quality.

Visitors are invited to experience Zeppelin Systems’ integrated solutions at Booth 7065 in Hall 21, and learn how advanced plant engineering, intelligent automation, and sustainable material integration come together to support efficient, future-ready tire manufacturing.
