Efficiency and resource conservation are of particular relevance in food plant construction. From May 7 to 26, 2026 in Düsseldorf, Zeppelin Systems will be demonstrating how modern plant technology can meet these requirements with the help of its Triple Plus concept. At the internationally leading trade fair, the experienced system builder will be showcasing its strategically optimized portfolio.
“Our DymoMix and Codos systems as well as our fermentation plants prove every day in practice that economical operations, shorter production times and resource efficiency work together perfectly,” explains Hubert Stojanovic, CSO. "Visitors will get a clear insight into how our solutions work in real-life production processes that are clearly explained and can be experienced digitally."
DymoMix – optimal results for pasta dough and sourdough
The DymoMix with its principle of immediate rise has been impressive for many years. It eliminates the traditional mixing process in batch operation, significantly reduces batch times and increases overall performance compared to conventional systems.
A further big advantage: "The raw materials are moistened extremely gently and homogeneously at the same time. This results in an optimally hydrated and structured dough even with minimal water or moisture input," explains Ingo Pütz, Global Market Manager Sales Food at Zeppelin Systems. “The DymoMix is also particularly energy-efficient thanks to its robust gearbox.”
The system can be used flexibly in batch, continuous, linear or fermentation processes and covers a capacity range from 1,000 to 6,000 kg/h (TA135-250). Good accessibility – for example, thanks to a quick-release protective tube and a pivoting design – makes maintenance and cleaning considerably easier. Integrated CIP cleaning also significantly reduces cleaning times.
Codos – efficiency at the highest level
The Codos continuous mixing and kneading system processes a wide range of dough types and is impressive with its high flexibility, which enables quick recipe changes while offering significant cost advantages.
The variable entry points along the trough are a special feature: Scrap dough, sensitive ingredients such as chocolate pieces or fats can be mixed in at different times. Among other things, this prevents over-kneading or breakage of sensitive ingredients.
Further advantages for economic efficiency:
• Optimal footprint to dough throughput ratio – less production space is required.
• Compact, closed design – less dust generation, no dough leakage, reduced cleaning effort.
• Energy efficiency thanks to a new drive concept and intelligent data monitoring.
• A high degree of automation – precise process control and monitoring every second.
“All parameters such as power, temperature or speed can be precisely adjusted to the raw material quality,” explains Tobias König, Sales Manager Food Plants & Process Machines. “This makes it possible to control processes perfectly and significantly reduce potential waste quantities.”
A sophisticated maintenance concept also supports trouble-free operation and reduces maintenance costs.
Fermentation plants – consistent, high-quality results
Zeppelin Systems fermentation systems are suitable for both starters (TA ≥ 200) and sourdoughs (TA ≥ 210). Their reproducible fermentation results, such as pH value or TTA, are impressive. This guarantees hygienically perfect products of consistently high quality at all times.
The double-walled, optimized vessel design ensures better cooling and overall higher efficiency. The systems cover a capacity range from 500 to 4,000 kg/h and can be expanded by modules if required. Modern control technology – including adaptive control loops to avoid bottlenecks – leads to faster production cycles. At the same time, water consumption has been further reduced thanks to optimized cleaning processes and circulation.
“Improved sensor technology and precise dosing further minimize losses in the production process,” explains Dr. Christian Faber, Senior Sales Manager Starch and Derivates Industry.
Zeppelin Systems expertise at stand E35 in hall 4!
Zeppelin Systems will be presenting a well thought out and future-oriented portfolio for food plant construction at interpack. The combination of in-depth industry know-how, technical expertise and innovative automation forms the basis for powerful and sustainable plant concepts.
The benefits are clear: lower operating costs, more precise and faster production processes and greater environmental sustainability. Companies can thus operate successfully economically and at the same time act in an environmentally conscious manner.
